At Teemastr, we work hard to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered.


1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship across India to most serviceable pin codes through our trusted courier partners.

If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our support team.


2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing time may be slightly longer.


3. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–6 business days

  • Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–9 business days

  • Remote Locations: 7–12 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly mentioned at checkout

  • Any applicable shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Free shipping offers (if running) will be shown automatically during checkout


5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via SMS or email

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect.


6. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD availability depends on location, order value, and courier serviceability

  • COD option (if available) will be shown at checkout

  • Teemastr reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or pin codes


7. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times

  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the order may be returned to us

  • Re-shipping such orders may attract additional shipping charges


8. ADDRESS & CONTACT DETAILS

Please ensure:

  • Complete and accurate delivery address

  • Correct mobile number for delivery coordination

Teemastr is not responsible for delays or losses caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.


9. DAMAGED PACKAGES DURING DELIVERY

If the package appears:

  • Opened

  • Tampered

  • Physically damaged

10. MULTIPLE PRODUCTS / PART SHIPMENTS

  • Orders containing multiple products may be shipped together or separately, depending on availability

  • You will receive tracking details for each shipment, if split


11. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with reliable national courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Courier selection depends on pin code serviceability.


12. DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

Teemastr shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier strikes

  • Pandemic or emergency situations
