How do I place an order on Teemastr?

Browse your favorite designs, select size and quantity, add to cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS once payment is successful.


Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified or cancelled only before dispatch.
Please contact us immediately at teemastr@gmail.com or WhatsApp us.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.


How can I track my order?

After dispatch, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

PRODUCTS & SIZING

Are your T-shirts unisex?

Yes ✅
Most of our T-shirts and hoodies are unisex fits, suitable for both men and women.


How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to the size chart available on each product page.
If you prefer a relaxed look, choose one size up.

Still unsure? Reach out to us before ordering.


Will the print fade after washing?

No. We use high-quality printing techniques.
For long-lasting prints:

  • Wash inside out

  • Use cold water

  • Do not iron directly on print


SHIPPING

Do you ship across India?

Yes 🇮🇳
We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.


How long does delivery take?

  • Metro cities: 3–6 business days

  • Other locations: 5–9 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during sales or festive periods.


Are there any shipping charges?

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown clearly at checkout.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • With original tags and packaging intact


How do I request a return?

Are discounted or clearance products returnable?

❌ No.
Products purchased under Clearance Sale or discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.


Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, via our faster exchange process:

  1. Initiate a return request

  2. Once approved, refund is processed

  3. Place a new order for the desired size/product

This ensures quicker delivery.


Is reverse pick-up available?

Yes, for most pin codes.

⚠️ Important:

  • Do not pay the pickup person

  • If asked for money, refuse the pickup and inform us

For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 15 business days after return approval.


DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

Please email us within 48 hours of delivery at:
