RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – TEEMASTR

At Teemastr, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read the Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.


1. RETURN WINDOW

Customers can request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after this period will not be accepted.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact

  • The product must be in resalable condition

Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of use, washing, damage, or mishandling.


3. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during Clearance Sale

  • Discounted products

  • Customized or printed-on-demand items (unless defective or damaged)

4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To initiate a return request:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to My Orders

  3. Select the order and raise a return request

5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images/videos showing the issue

  • Packaging images (if applicable)

Our team will review and respond with the next steps.


6. REVERSE PICK-UP POLICY

We provide reverse pick-up service for most serviceable pin codes.

Important notes:

  • No payment is required at the time of pick-up

  • If asked to pay, please refuse the pick-up

  • For non-serviceable pin codes, customers must self-ship the product to the address shared by our support team


7. QUALITY CHECK & APPROVAL

Once the returned product reaches us:

  • It undergoes a quality inspection

  • Approval depends on condition and policy compliance

If the product fails inspection, the return may be rejected and sent back to the customer.


8. REFUND PROCESS

After approval:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: up to 15 business days

Bank or payment gateway delays are beyond our control.


9. EXCHANGE PROCESS (FASTER METHOD)

To ensure faster delivery, Teemastr follows a refund-first exchange method:

  1. Raise a return request for the product

  2. After approval, the refund is processed

  3. Place a new order for the desired size or product

This avoids long waiting periods and ensures quicker delivery.


10. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Reverse pick-up (if available) is free

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Self-shipping costs (if required) must be borne by the customer


11. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns apply only to purchases made on www.teemastr.com

  • Teemastr reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice

  • All decisions regarding returns and exchanges are final
